Composition of the Board of Directors for 2021-2022

Chairman of the Board of Directors (Juice Plus+)
Regional Director for Eastern Europe. Manager with over 25 years of experience in business and management of global companies. Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. After graduation, he gained experience in finance and banking. Since 2001, he has been involved in the direct selling industry, where he has worked in managerial positions at the Polish and European level.
From 2017 to 2019, he was responsible for the Polish market at Juice Plus+. He took over as the Regional Director for Eastern Europe in early 2020.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors (Herbalife Nutrition)
Manager, leader, business practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the areas of management, sales, communication and personal development.
Since 2011, as General Manager, he has been successfully responsible for strengthening Herbalife Nutrition’s position in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, doubling sales results over the time.
In the years 2008-2011 he held the position of Sales Director at Oriflame Polska, where he achieved a significant increase in sales and a record number of consultants cooperating with the company. Earlier, he held various positions in the Avon Cosmetics Sales Department, being responsible, among others, for changing the organizational and commission model of sales structures. Before developing his career in the direct selling industry, he took his first steps at Masterfoods/Mars Polska, where he gained experience in the areas of sales, management and training for eight years.
In the years 2018-2020 he held the position of Chairman of the PSSB Board of Directors. As the Deputy Chairman of the PSSB Board he actively supports the development of the industry and its standards to be met by companies operating on the Polish market. Particular emphasis is placed on further strengthening the positive, modern and safe image of direct sales in Poland as a walk of life for almost a million Poles, while counteracting the unethical practices of non-affiliated companies that spoil this image.
Member of the Board of Directors (Avon)
General Manager of AVON Cosmetics Poland. She has over 23 years of professional experience and has been with Avon for 19 years. She started her career in the Polish branch. She has worked in a variety of marketing roles, gaining experience in both sales development and brand value building. Since 2009, she has traveled all over the world, building competencies at an international level.
She has held several key leadership positions, including the Marketing Director in Johannesburg, South Africa, the Executive Director of Marketing for Western Europe (based in Madrid, Spain), and the Executive Director of Marketing in Istanbul for Turkey, North Africa, and the Middle East. Most recently, she has worked in the Asia-Pacific region where she served on the Avon Boards in Shanghai, China, and Manila, Philippines. She was responsible for growing the market share, building new teams and processes in the cluster from scratch, leading the marketing and digitization departments, and modernizing the product portfolio and the customer value proposition.
Member of the Board of Directors (Mary Kay)
In 2003 she introduced the company to Poland and has since built its entire structure on the market as its Managing Director. Since 2004 she has also been managing Mary Kay operations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Chairwoman of the PSSB Board of Directors in 2012-2018 (three terms).
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, throughout her professional life associated with prestigious cosmetics brands.
Member of the Board of Directors (Amway)
Spokesperson and Marketing & PR Manager on the Amway markets in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. He has been associated with the company for six years.
Responsible for marketing as well as corporate and product communication in Poland and the Baltic States. As a board member of the Direct Selling Associations in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia, he actively participates in the work of those Associations, works to promote ethics and build long-term relationships in business. In the years 2018-2020 he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the PSSB Board of Directors
Member of the Board of Directors (Vorwerk)
He has worked with Vorwerk for over 20 years. He dealt with marketing and was responsible for IT at Vorwerk Polska. In addition to his job on the domestic market, he also functioned as a Team Leader in Austria.
In the current structure of Vorwerk he is the Customer Care Manager strongly involved in the development of customer service and experience. Manager with many years of experience, familiar with the direct selling market.
Excutive Director of the Association
Mirosław Luboń worked for many years as a radio journalist and then at the First Polish Investment Fund Company “Pioneer” – initially as a director of public relations and then as a managing director for marketing.
He is the Vice-President of the Board of the European Direct Selling Association (SELDIA) in Brussels.
